Final Exam
The 8th grade final exam in ELA will be June 13th. The exam will consist of 50 multiple choice questions and 5 short answer writing prompts. Students were provided with a Grade 8 ELA Content Vocabulary List. We are reviewing this list in class; however, it is highly recommended students study this list at home as well and ensure they are familiar with all the terms on it in preparation for their final exam. The writing portion of the exam will focus on the last 3 novels read in class; Unbroken, The Boy in the Striped Pajamas, and The Outsiders. It is recommended the students review these three novels and ensure they are familiar with the characters, plot and themes of each of the three novels in preparation for their final exam.
